I emerged from the LYP Women’s program with a much deeper understanding of myself, a tightly knit sisterhood of support and encouragement, and the hope and determination to stride forth, break barriers, and lead with confidence in my workplace and my community.

Sometimes, the best opportunities come when you trust the process, take time to reflect, and stay true to what feels right for you. After months of patience, self-discovery, and navigating the job search, I found clarity and confidence through the LYP Women's Leadership & Career Development Program. The incredible community of women I met there reminded me of the power of connection and the importance of believing in yourself.
Exactly one month after starting this transformative journey, I was offered my dream role as Project Manager - CAMH Education Projects in the Enterprise Project Management Office. This role aligns with my passion for creating accessible, impactful educational programming and meaningful change in the health sector. I am deeply grateful for the LYP program and the women who inspired and supported me along the way.

As a member of the LYP community that empowers women to ‘Live Your Potential,’ this motto reminds me to do so every single day. I live my full potential by pursuing my passion for writing. I create content for the LYP blog, write for several other publications, and publish articles on my own blog. I also continue to invest in people and experiences that challenge me to grow as a person.
By attending networking events, enrolling into programs, volunteering, and reaching out to my mentors, I’m able to achieve my goals and bring fulfillment into my life.
