Our Story
LYP began as a partnership between two immigrant women united by a shared mission : to empower individuals to live their full potential.
We met at a networking event in Toronto and together launched the flagship LYP Women’s Leadership & Career Development Program in 2016. Since then, we’ve expanded our offerings to include coaching, training, consulting, and speaking, supporting individuals and organizations across Canada and beyond. LYP's powerhouse team includes dedicated experts, many of whom are graduates of our own LYP Women’s Program, all passionately advancing our mission.
What started with two women has grown into a vibrant community of hundreds who celebrate their worth, lead with confidence and impact, and inspire others to do the same. We look forward to empowering even more individuals and organizations to live their potential in the years ahead.
